Call centre agent (m/f/d)

We are looking for a call centre agent in Hamburg. You will support and advise customers by phone, handle questions and complaints and keep customer data up to date. Full-time, permanent, starting now.

Your profile

• First experience in customer service or a call centre is a plus
• Good communication skills and you enjoy working with customers
• You work independently and pay attention to quality
